Great service. I was buying a used car in the area and found Pronto Automotive through a Google search. I brought in a car for a pre-purchase inspection, and I was able to get in right away. Everyone at Pronto was super friendly and helpful. They even walked me through key issues on the car while it was on the jack. Thank you!

Great service...I brought in my Minivan to repair the check engine light. Since I had checked the ODBII before I explained what I had investigated before bringing the vehicle in. The manager listened to explanation and didn’t dismiss my observations. Since I don’t want to spend too much on an older van, I told him that there were a few things I could live without fixing. After looking at the van he didn’t pressure me to fix them with any tactics. The price was fair and the drive clean test was completed. He explained the issues that were found and how they were fixed. Overall a good visit. Will bring the van again if I have any unplanned issues.
